I purchased a 32" curved monitor. If it was used, you sure couldn't tell! It came in a box wrapped in more bubble wrap than you can imagine! Works perfectly and looks brand new!

My 1st email I sent, they responded within an hour. The second email I sent was on Dec 26th, 2020. Since it's so close to a holiday, I know it may be a day to a week before I receive a response.

The price was about $10 less than at other sites. However, it didn't come in the original box, which it stated but wasn't a big deal to me.

They are just redirecting items that were refunded to other vendors. They don't sell anything new and they don't know what the quality of the product will be when you get it.

VIPOutlet is essentially a liquidation outlet for hundreds of name-brand companies, distributors, and stores for small quantity to warehouse quantity liquidations. They are a dependable and legitimate company. There are three grades of items, "Brand New", "Grade A" - essentially the product box was slightly damaged, but not the contents, and "Grade B" which includes items that may have been removed from their original packing and repackaged - i. E: unused display items or missing the instruction manual that is readily available online. I have ordered many items from them over the past couple of years and never had a problem with them. Items have always been as good or better than they were graded. Fast, friendly customer support in the unlikely event you need to contact someone via phone or email, and Items are well packaged and arrive within 5-10 days (always free shipping and a 90-day warranty/return policy!). Most items are slightly less than retail price, but some items, in limited quantities, are offered at huge discounts!
